Retail Design & Brand Environments
Stores that work for your customers and your business.
We work alongside retail and brand teams to understand what their stores need to achieve, how their customers shop and what makes the brand matter to them. We listen to the people running the stores as well as those shaping their direction. That understanding informs the space, from the way a product is discovered to the support a customer receives.
Our role may be to develop a concept, improve an existing store or help your design team enter a new market. We bring creative and architectural experience to the same table, working through the building, the budget and the needs of the operation while caring for the character of your brand.

Understand the customer and the store
Research, observation and conversations with your team help us establish the brief. We look at how customers explore, try products and seek advice, alongside the daily work of store teams. Those insights guide layouts, product adjacencies and the moments where the brand can make a meaningful connection.
Develop the retail experience
We bring planning, fixtures, lighting, materials and graphics together around your product and brand story. Concepts and visualisations help your team review the experience, with attention to merchandising, changing collections and the practical demands of maintaining the store.
Work through each location
Surveys, due diligence and test fits establish what a building can accommodate before decisions become expensive to change. We support design development, permitting and coordination with landlords and local consultants, whether we are developing the concept or implementing your team’s established design.
